Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information 17573 collects through its websites and applications, why we collect it, how it is stored and shared, how long we keep it, and the choices you have over it.
Last updated: July 28, 2026·Effective: July 28, 2026
1. Who we are
17573 is the software practice of 175-12 73 Ave Management Corp, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 167-14 71 Ave, Fresh Meadows, NY 11365, United States. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to 175-12 73 Ave Management Corp. We are the controller of the personal information described here.
We build business management and field-service software. Much of the information described below exists so that our applications can do the job they were installed to do — sign you in, sync your work, and keep your records accurate.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to 17573mgmt.com and to the mobile and web applications we publish under the 17573 name, including applications distributed through the Apple App Store. It applies to information about individual users of those products.
Some of our applications are provided to you by an employer or another business that licenses our software. In that case, that business decides what data is entered into the product and how it is used. We process that data on their behalf and under their instructions. If you are a user in that situation, requests about your data may need to go through them, and we will tell you if that is the case.
3. Information we collect
Account information
When an account is created for you, we collect the information needed to identify and reach you:
- Name and the email address used to sign in
- Phone number, where a product uses it for notifications or account recovery
- Organization or team name, and your role or permissions within it
- Authentication data, including password hashes and session tokens — we never store passwords in readable form
Content and records you provide
Our products exist to hold operational records, so they store what you enter into them: jobs and work orders, schedules, customer and site details, notes, photographs, signatures, timestamps, documents, and similar business records. Where a product supports it and you grant permission, this may include location captured at the moment you record a job event, and photos taken through the camera for proof of work.
Device and identifier information
- Device model, operating system and version, and application version
- A device or installation identifier that lets us associate a session with a device and deliver push notifications
- Language, time zone, and general region
- IP address, which our servers necessarily receive when your device connects
Usage and diagnostic data
- Feature usage and in-app events, such as which screens are opened and which actions succeed or fail
- Crash reports, error logs, and performance measurements
- Sync and connectivity events, which we use to diagnose data that fails to upload from the field
Communications
If you email us for support, we keep your message, our reply, and any information you choose to include, so that we have a record of the issue and its resolution.
4. What we do not collect
- We do not sell or rent personal information, and we never have.
- We do not use your information to serve third-party advertising, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and we do not request App Tracking Transparency permission for that purpose.
- We do not intentionally collect government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric data, or other sensitive categories, and we ask that you not enter them into free-text fields.
5. How we use information
We use the information described above only for the following purposes:
- To provide the service: authenticate you, sync your records across devices, and display the data your account is permitted to see.
- To keep the service working: diagnose crashes and sync failures, investigate bugs, and monitor reliability and capacity.
- To secure accounts: detect unauthorized access, abuse, and fraud, and maintain audit and access logs.
- To support you: answer your questions and follow up on the issues you report.
- To improve our products: understand, in aggregate, which features are used and where people get stuck.
- To communicate: send service messages such as security notices, changes to terms, and notifications you have enabled. We do not send marketing email to app users without their consent.
- To meet legal obligations: comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
Where the laws of your jurisdiction require a legal basis for processing, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent where we ask for it (for example, device permissions), and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the circumstances below.
- Service providers. We use a small number of vendors to run the service, in these categories: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, application error and crash reporting, push notification delivery, and email delivery for account and support messages. They may process personal information only to provide services to us, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes.
- App distribution platforms. Apple provides us with aggregated download, crash, and subscription information for apps distributed through the App Store. Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are processed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy — we do not receive your payment card details.
- Your organization. If your account belongs to a business account, administrators of that account can see the records you create in the product and may be able to export them.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or us. Where we are permitted to notify you, we will.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor the commitments in this policy, and we will notify affected users.
A current list of the service providers we use is available on request by emailing nathan.inboxnyc@gmail.com.
7. Storage and security
Personal information is stored on servers located in the United States, operated by our cloud infrastructure providers.
- Data in transit between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS.
- Data at rest in our databases and backups is encrypted.
- Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes.
- Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, and logged.
- We keep backups so that data can be restored after an incident, and we review our security practices as our systems change.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law, without undue delay.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for:
- Account information is retained while your account is active.
- Business records you create are retained while the account they belong to is active, because they are the working record of the business using the product.
- Diagnostic data, crash reports, and server logs are retained for up to 24 months, and usually far less.
- Support correspondence is retained for up to 36 months so we have context on recurring issues.
- Backups containing deleted data age out on our normal backup rotation, within 90 days.
After an account is closed or a deletion request is completed, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the associated personal information within 30 days, except where we must retain specific records to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements.
9. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you may ask us to do the following with your personal information:
- Access — receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — fix information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion — delete your account and the personal information associated with it.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Restriction or objection — ask us to limit or stop certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, email nathan.inboxnyc@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, or tell us how to verify you if you cannot. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
You also have direct controls on your device: location, camera, photo, and notification permissions can be granted or revoked at any time in your operating system settings, and you can turn off push notifications for our apps there.
10. Account and data deletion
To delete your account and data, email nathan.inboxnyc@gmail.com from your account email address with the subject line "Delete my account," or use the in-app account deletion option where the app you are using provides one.
We confirm receipt, verify the request, and complete deletion within 30 days. Deletion removes your account, profile, and the personal information associated with it from our production systems; residual copies in encrypted backups are removed on the backup rotation described in section 8. If your account belongs to a business account, we will tell you where the account administrator must authorize the deletion of shared business records.
11. Children's privacy
Our products are business tools intended for use by adults in a work setting. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where that higher age applies). If we learn that we have collected such information without the consent required by law, we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided us with personal information should contact us at nathan.inboxnyc@gmail.com.
12. International users
We operate from the United States and store data there. If you use our products from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Users in those regions also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
13. U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of California and of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described in section 9, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not process it for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. There is accordingly no opt-out to offer, but the access, correction, and deletion rights above apply, and you may use an authorized agent to exercise them. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products change or as the law requires. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice — by email to account holders, in the application, or both — before it takes effect. Continued use of our products after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
15. How to contact us
