Field Operations Software
Scheduling, dispatch, and job tracking for crews who spend the day on site. Work orders, notes, photos, and proof of completion stay attached to the job from assignment through invoicing.
17573 designs, builds, and operates business management and field-service tools — software that replaces paperwork, scattered spreadsheets, and guesswork with systems a working team will actually use every day.
About
17573 is the software practice of 175-12 73 Ave Management Corp, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York and operating from Fresh Meadows, Queens since 2022. We are a small, independently funded team, and we build software for a living.
Our work sits on the operational side of service businesses — the scheduling, dispatching, record-keeping, billing, and reporting that keeps a company moving but rarely gets the attention it deserves. Most of the businesses we build for have outgrown a shared spreadsheet and a group text, but have no interest in an enterprise rollout. That gap is what we design for.
We build and operate our own products rather than taking on open-ended contract work. That means we support what we ship: we maintain it, we answer for it, and we improve it based on how it actually gets used in the field — not how it looked in a plan.
What we build
Every product we ship comes out of the same problem: the people doing the work are away from a desk, and the office needs an accurate picture of what happened.
Scheduling, dispatch, and job tracking for crews who spend the day on site. Work orders, notes, photos, and proof of completion stay attached to the job from assignment through invoicing.
Back-office tools for the parts of a company that live in spreadsheets — clients and contacts, documents and renewal dates, recurring billing, and the plain reporting an owner needs to see where things stand.
The routine steps that hold a business together — reminders, follow-ups, status changes, handoffs between people — run automatically and consistently, with a clear record of what happened and when.
Native mobile apps built for one-handed use in the field: fast data entry, photo and signature capture, and offline-tolerant sync that catches up the moment a connection comes back.
How we work
We design around the way work already happens — the order of steps, the shorthand, the awkward exceptions — instead of asking a business to reorganize itself around our software.
Weak signal, older phones, cold hands, and one free hand are normal working conditions. We build and test for those conditions rather than for a conference-room demo.
We keep the products we ship in service — security updates, platform changes, and steady improvements — so the tools a business depends on don't quietly go stale.
